i am piyush kumar studying sree sastha institute of engineering and technology in CSE .i dont wnat to carry my study due to poor performance due poor faculty who use to teach in local language.so i want to discount my study
so that i am asking to give me my certificat but management of the college asking pay money to get my certificat
which i did not study there.
